So as soon as that car started needing maintenance, I took it to Kelly to have them service the car for me. Everyone was extremely friendly and treated me with respect. And even though I didn't purchase the car from them, they always treated me like one of their own customers. So when it came time to trade in that car, the first place I went to was Kelly. They gave me a fair price for my trade, and Oscar did a great job of making sure I got a car that I loved. He was very patient and not pushy at all. I always recommend Kelly to my friends and I will continue to do so! More

We contacted them via internet, chatted with their representative 'Zack'. This was so easy, and painless! Zack answered a couple questions I had, he also set up an appointment for a test ride, just hours after chatting with him. Upon arrival @ Kelly, I was met by 'Oscar Santiago' a very friendly and professional sales representative. We chatted ref my vehicle tradein, looked @ the advertised Hummer. I had a few questions, all were answered thoroughly. Most importantly (to me), Oscar did not at any time try to sway my opinion or force a sale. When the time came to talk numbers, again, done very professionally-There were not countless trips back and forth to 'check with manager', which I despise! We closed the deal, sold! While waiting for Hummer to be delivered, Oscar continually kept me updated as per the status. Enjoyed the easy, relaxed, no pressure atmosphere of Kelly, would highly recommend this dealership for any purchase, new or used. More
