Great Experience I went into the car buying experience a woman on my own. I anticipated that it could be intimidating, but I was pleasantly surprised by the care and e I went into the car buying experience a woman on my own. I anticipated that it could be intimidating, but I was pleasantly surprised by the care and ease with which I was able to come to the best decision for me. Mr. Santiago was courteous, helpful, and respectful of my financial abilities. I never felt pressured into a decision. In fact when it came to making the final decision, I somehow got the nerve to ask for a bit of time to myself to sit and really think, (to feel confident that I was making a wise decision). Mr. Santiago stepped away and gave me the time I needed to breathe and think it all the way through, and when I was sure, I motioned I was ready and we finished the transaction. That made all the difference in the world to me. Making a big decision like that needs to be one you are completely comfortable with, and since it's been 13 years since I got a car for myself, it was a big deal. Thank you to Mr. Santiago and the negotiation processor who helped it all to work out. I felt very special to have my beautiful new car brought into the showroom to show me how everything worked. I could not be happier. More
