Good People Second CR-V EXL we have purchased through Otis. I recently was involved in an Auto Accident which ended up being a total loss on my 2019 CR-V which wa Second CR-V EXL we have purchased through Otis. I recently was involved in an Auto Accident which ended up being a total loss on my 2019 CR-V which was a lease. I was so impressed with my Salesman Otis Tate that when I had to replace my 2019 I immediately contacted Otis to let him know I'll be needing a new one. I initially thought I would try to get another 2019 figuring I might get a better deal getting one that the dealers want to clear off their lot so I also contacted another Honda Dealer. I saw that this other dealership had 113 2019's in stock. They initially balked at giving me a price over the phone, but did finally give in. I asked for a quote on a 2020 as well. Decided the 2020 would be best for us. Initially it appeared that the other dealership was going to be the cheapest, but we really like Otis so I asked if they would match it. Otis got back to me shortly and said they would. We were very happy we would be dealing with Otis again. Otis is honestly just a good person and we really trust him to take care of us. When you deal with Otis you know he has a good heart. We really appreciate that he is not afraid to show his faith by blessing us with a prayer when we are about to drive away in our new beautiful 2020 CR-V. More
