My Wife and I had an appointment with Steve Barba at 11 am on January 28 2021. At the appointment time we were there to meet with Steve and right off the start we felt rushed and uncomfortable. There was another couple sitting at his desk prior to us walking in. He kept going back and forth to us and the other couple. We just felt we didn’t have his full attention. He told the Financial Dept Ovidio Cirtina that we were in a rush. We never mentioned to Steve that we were in a rush. We just felt that we didn’t have his full attention at all. There was a few issues that had to be repaired on the vehicle we were purchasing. At the of that day I introduced myself to Sales David Dombrowski (who actually got me the out the price on January 27) and mentioned to him what was happening. I mentioned to David I wanted him to be my contact for rest of buying procedure. I made an appointment with David at 10:30 am for the 29th. My wife and I came back on the 29th at our appointment time to meet David Dombrowski. David was very helpful and knowledgeable. David did not rush us, we felt very calm with him, he explained everything to us about our new vehicle. David did an outstanding job. Afterwards we went to Finance Dept. and met with Ovidio Cirtina, he explained the financial aspects of the different service plans for our vehicle. Ovidio was extremely helpful, he answered all our questions. A major difference on the 29th, my wife and I felt calm and had a pleasurable experience. So I gave David Dombrowski and Ovidio Cirtina a Five Star Rating. They are both a true asset to the Subaru of Jacksonville family and we thank them both. We truly recommend seeing Sales David Dombrowski and Finance Mgr. Ovidio Cirtina for all your Subaru buying experience. More
