Made the appointment a month+ in advance, necessary parts to perform service were known at the time of my making the appointment and I was told would be in stock. I dropped the car off for service early in to perform service were known at the time of my making the appointment and I was told would be in stock. I dropped the car off for service early in the morning only to find out late in the day that the parts were not in stock or available but rather would need to be ordered from GM. This is hugely inconvenient, takes multiple hours out of my day, had to rearrange kids' carpool schedule, etc. and is entirely and easily avoidable. More
