I was expecting an $1000-1100 bill. I was quoted $979.00 on the phone. Final bill was $822.00. Putting it mildly, I was happy. I consider it saving money if any bill comes in under I was quoted $979.00 on the phone. Final bill was $822.00. Putting it mildly, I was happy. I consider it saving money if any bill comes in under my expectation. So by my calculations, I saved roughly $300. How many times can a person say they went to a dealership and saved $300!! I took the $300 and bought stock in Chevrolet, so the repair actually will make me money long term. Maybe enough to buy another Chevy!! More

Very Disappointed! My brand new 2023 Colorado did not start 2 weeks after purchase date had it towed to Advantage Hodgkins 2 weeks to the date of purchase no one in ser My brand new 2023 Colorado did not start 2 weeks after purchase date had it towed to Advantage Hodgkins 2 weeks to the date of purchase no one in service confirmed that the car arrived had to call 4 times just for someone to verify it was on the lot. Then I didn’t receive an update on the diagnoses of the car in a timely matter and when I requested a loaner car you provided an in adequate vehicle that did not meet my original car standards I was given an equinox when my vehicle is a pickup truck. Then I was told they have no idea what’s going on with my vehicle even though it’s brand new I was left a voicemail saying that they can’t figure it out and are waiting to reach out to GM. The lack of communication is beyond disappointing and buying a vehicle for it to not even work 2 weeks later. I’m beyond frustrated and regretting ever going to this dealership. More

This dealership is very courteous and accommodating on appointments. The workmanship and honesty on inspections. I think it's great they do video inspections to get a better understanding of what's neede appointments. The workmanship and honesty on inspections.
