Workmanship on the vehicle was fine. The attention to detail at the service desk needs improvement. The initial communication regarding pricing was acceptable, however, I added an additional service at check-in and mentioned the on-line discount that was being offered. I DID NOT receive this discount upon review of my receipt. Terrible customer service especially for me being a new customer! I may move my service location back to Advantage Bolingbrook as they OFFERED the specials to me. The Service Department manager contacted me after my initial review. Thank you! More
