What was most important to me was the fact I sat there for 3.5 hours except to get some food across the street for 20-30 minutes. My service manager did not once come out to inform me the status of my work being done. I noticed there was another service manage sitting at a desk behind him. She was out in the waiting room area talking to several customers about their progress. I had to go look for my guy. A couple of years ago, I had work done there and it was same issue. The next year I went to the Bolingbrook location and it was worse!! I just had an oil change. My car was done within an hour but my car was in a holding area and he no clue where my car was! I tried to go back to Hodgkins this time. So, the whole service thing seem to be a problem with your Service Model. I will never come back there or recommend it to anyone. I'll find another Chevy dealer to get my work done. You lost me as a customer.
Thanks to Owen, I had a successful visit in repairing my
vehicle. I returned to the dealership the next day for the carwash and (once again) had a dissatisfactory experience with the woman consultant locate

As in the past, she makes promises you doesn't keep. This time, she said, "I'll come get you when your car has been washed. An hour later, she is nowhere to be found and my car had been ready to go (according to another employee) for 45 minutes! Why is this woman still here?? Again, Owen is terrific.
