I can honestly say I was completely satisfied with my experience at Ray Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. 5 ⭐️ across the board from looking on the website to driving off the lot. Ashley was fantastic as my s experience at Ray Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. 5 ⭐️ across the board from looking on the website to driving off the lot. Ashley was fantastic as my salesperson for my new Jeep Wrangler. She made the entire experience friendly, comfortable, and completely no pressure while going over everything with me. I can honestly say she helped my partner and I decide this was the best decision. Ozzie, the finance manager, did a great job helping me understand the value of protecting my vehicle beyond the warranty, including the oil change package, battery replacement, and GAP coverage. Carrie also helped me understand the benefits of protecting my paint, underbody, and interior, which ultimately led me to choose almost all of the add-ons. At every step, I felt informed — never pressured — and truly supported by the entire team. I'm extremely thankful that Ray CDJR helped make my dream of owning a Jeep Wrangler a reality never imagined it be a brand new one at that. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would highly recommend Ray Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you again to Ashley, Ozzie, Carrie, and the entire team! More

The dealership was easy and willing to negotiate. Salesman was good to work with, but didn’t have a lot of knowledge on Jeeps. I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. My experience with the finance department was extremely disappointing.Lindsay and Ozzie are FRAUDS and purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. My experience with the finance department was extremely disappointing.Lindsay and Ozzie are FRAUDS and completely unprofessional. I was given information about my monthly payment that did not match the final terms of my loan. When I contacted the finance company directly, I was told there was nothing they could do. I feel that the process was misleading and handled very poorly. Specifically, I would caution buyers to be very careful when dealing with the finance department. My experience was not transparent, and I felt misled during the signing process. On a positive note, the sales team was professional and pleasant to work with. Frank in sales was straightforward and easy to deal with, and I appreciate that. However, due to the finance experience, I would not recommend this dealership. I am now in the process of filing a complaint with the Consumer Fraud Division because of how this was handled. If you choose to purchase here, review every document carefully and verify all terms directly before signing. More
