Started with an appointment to see a specific car with Daijon Davis at 9:30 am Friday June 27th. When I arrived, Daijon was not there and neither was the car I came to see, test drive and buy! They tried Daijon Davis at 9:30 am Friday June 27th. When I arrived, Daijon was not there and neither was the car I came to see, test drive and buy! They tried to get me to take the other one from their lot, but it wasn't anything like the one I wanted. I was told that it was taken from the lot the evening prior and was about 20 minutes away and they would go and get it for me. So I agreed to look at the other car and test drive it, but when I got inside the car with the keys, the salesman came over and told me they had to use this exact car to drive out and get the one I wanted, leaving me without any vehicle to look at or test drive. With that said, it took them 2 hours to get that car back and if it wasn't for the fact that this car was the one I wanted, I would have never sat there for hours all by myself waiting on a car I might buy or not buy. I would have told them to get me my trade in back and I would have left them without a sale. They also tried to get me to work out the financing before the car arrived and even the credit manager said that he couldn't do that until I saw the car, test drove it and agreed to purchase it. The car finally showed up and it was what I hoped it would be except that the car wasn't brand new, it had over 500 miles on her, but like I said, it was what I wanted and agreed to get it. They said they would clean it up and put it on the rapid charger so I could drive away with a sparkling new car and a fully charged battery. The financing went OK, it wasn't exactly what I wanted and not with Stellantis financing that I already have an account with that was offering loyal customers incentives , employee pricing and only 1.9% financing, but it will do. Now it's time to get the car and they still hadn't finished cleaning her and they never put her on the charger, so all I was given was a half full battery, and charger that I had to get a professional electrician to install and no help in finding places I could go to charge her while I waited on getting the charger installed. When I got home, there was only 40 miles left on the battery and I had to look up charging stations myself and did find one and I've been paying to charge my car ever since. The charger was installed yesterday and like everything else I experienced, I was never shown how to set up the charger or use the charger with the car app or the app I could put on my phone, but again I found that out myself. I'm sending you this now because it's been two weeks since I purchased this car and not a single person from the dealership has contacted me to see how I'm enjoying the car or if they could help in any way with questions about this new all electric Dodge Charger or even some sort of apology about how screwed up this sale went down with nobody knowing who I was that morning or that I had an appointment to buy car that they let leave the lot the night before my scheduled appointment. This is a warning too anyone thinking of dealing with Ray, you better double check every aspect of the process and make sure you're willing to go through a rough time trying to shop for a car or suv. Look what happened to me and I wasn't shopping, I was there to BUY! More
