Ann went above and beyond to get me an apt. I called late on Thursday night and got an appointment for early Friday morning and was able to secure a loaner vehicle for me. Consistant superior service - I've had no issued since 2015 with this dealership. My latest infiniti QX50 had a lane departure malfunction, I called and within a few days (because of my schedule - they of 2015 with this dealership. You EXPECT certain attention with a luxury vehicle, but Mike (and Tony the GM) handled the process with exceptional expertise. I was contacted regulary. My car was available as promised with no suprises - No, I am not family - but I could not have asked for more. THANK YOU I probably will not need anything more than routine oil changes from this point, but its nice to know no matter what the issue it will be handled quickly and professionally.
