I live in NYC, and have been coming to this dealership for 3 years. I just leased a newer model vehicle from Benzel. I could have dealt with the dealership in the city, but the service I have received over the years from Benzel Busch is unparalleled, making me a returning customer. I dealt with Lino Cascardi, who has been with the dealership for 20 + years, is extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Lino did a terrific job demonstrating the car, as he carefully explained all the features and details. He spent a lot of time answering all my questions, and even finding specials for me, so I could get the best lease deal. I also dealt with Sal Achitto (the manager), who was great to deal with. The entire lease negotiation process was smooth and actually pleasant. Finally, my car was delivered exactly as promised, on the actual date. I never felt pressured and the entire staff has always made me feel welcome. Highly recommend. And by the way, I LOVE my E350! More

Extremely sincere and personal We walked in to get our trade in valued, and begin the new car buying process, it turns out we ended up picking up our new car on the same evening. It was even after hours but everyone stayed and went through everything with care and details beyond what we expected.
