Bought a vehicle from Dorsch 8 years ago; returned there to look at a vehicle I saw online. Pat had just finished helping another customer and jumped right in to work with us. I started with an appointment with Pat and test drove the Sportage and the Ecosport. Pat was able to tell me so much information about both of these vehicles. However, I wasn’t 100% satisfied with either. As Sportage and the Ecosport. Pat was able to tell me so much information about both of these vehicles. However, I wasn’t 100% satisfied with either. As I walked the parking lot I saw the ford escape and Pat knew I was interested in it. With some negotiation I was able to pick up the escape the next day and it was mine. More

We stopped by on a Saturday just to look and ask questions. We were on the lot only a few minutes when Pat walked up to ask if we had any questions. He spent the entire day with us showing us many questions. We were on the lot only a few minutes when Pat walked up to ask if we had any questions. He spent the entire day with us showing us many options to meet the need of our growing family but working with Heather we just couldn't get the numbers to fall where I needed them. My husband and I stopped back on Sunday to walk the lot ourselves and we were able to make a decision. I texted Pat and asked him to run the numbers which he did first thing Monday morning and by 6pm Monday night I was signing away for my new vehicle. The entire team worked hard considering we only stopped to look and I ended up "eventually" walking away with a new 2021 Kia Sportage. Thank you to the entire team for working on getting me the best rate and thanks to Pat for his patience as my husband and I bounced around between several different options. More
