I came to this dealership knowing I needed an SUV it had to have AWD and plenty of storage/cargo room. We travel all over the state for hockey during the winter months. I came in with an open mind, but more to have AWD and plenty of storage/cargo room. We travel all over the state for hockey during the winter months. I came in with an open mind, but more leaning towards a Kia Sorento. Pat Chady our salesman was extremely helpful and he knew his stuff. He showed us several options all different makes and models. Shortly before we left Pat mentioned buying a brand new Kia Sorento, we had to leave at the point due to other obligations. Pat sent all the information on buying brand new plus several purchasing options via texting. We decided to go that route and came back the next day. Not once during this process was Pat “pushy”, this was the easiest vehicle buying process! I love my new Kia Sorento! Thank you Pat and Dorsch for the best vehicle buying process ever! I will always recommend you guys! More

Pat Chady was very courteous and professional. He called to inform me of the vehicle incentives and I agreed to get my vehicle appraised. I liked the vehicle package choice and traded my F150 for a 2020 mod to inform me of the vehicle incentives and I agreed to get my vehicle appraised. I liked the vehicle package choice and traded my F150 for a 2020 model. He was very knowledgeable and brought to my attention incentives that I qualified for due to my employer & veteran status. He took his time to explain & show me the intricate functions and set up. My phone started to glitch, so Pat told me to come back in a couple days if I had any more issues. This was one of the best 2 sales experiences I have had to date. I would definitely recommend Pat to others. Pat is a great sales representative and his passion for his job shows, Dorsch should be proud to have this guy on their team. 👍👍 More

Pat was very helpful and went completely out of his way to help me find a vehicle for my parents. He drove the vehicle all the way to Kewaunee and did the paperwork with them at their home since my father to help me find a vehicle for my parents. Great experience, very professional. He showed me how all the features of the newer modeled vehicles. He was also able to find the exact color and interior we wanted and had it brought in from another dealer the features of the newer modeled vehicles.
