A painless experience when we arrived we were met by the same salesman we had when we purchased an Acura TL 3 yrs. prior, Ed remember us from the previous sale. We talk about our families before Ed asked why we were there. I believe we got a fair deal on our new Acura. At one point Pat Dazzo actually put a service advisor and a technician on the phone with me to workout getting my vehicle in neutral with a completely dead battery. Once the vehicle was Rizza Acura the great service continued and the issue was resolved. The GM Pat Dazzo took personal charge of the situation and ensured everything was exceptionally handled. More
