Wow! Great experience I worked with Denise Maniakouras and Pat Dazzo on the purchase of my MDX. Denise was very professional, informative and courteous. She gave me options I worked with Denise Maniakouras and Pat Dazzo on the purchase of my MDX. Denise was very professional, informative and courteous. She gave me options and info, and helped me make the decision that was right for me. I appreciated not feeling pressured and informed about the purchase I was making. I highly recommend purchasing from Joe Rizza for their professionalism and honesty! More

Excellent and knowledgeable Sales Company Pat Dazzo was my first contact via telephone. I told him I was very interested in the Acura RDX and he quoted a price that I found hard to refuse. Pat Pat Dazzo was my first contact via telephone. I told him I was very interested in the Acura RDX and he quoted a price that I found hard to refuse. Pat is very professional and straight forward. The next day I arrived at Acura to test drive the RDS and Gerard Dumas greeted me immediately. Gerard did not apply any pressure to make a purchase and that pleased me not only because I feel that's a Mark of a good sales person but also it demonstrates faith in their product. Gerard explained all the new features on the RDX. I liked the solidness, comfort and drive and it was a nice fit for me. I had other makes and models to test that evening and I returned the following evening to purchase the Acura. Since Gerard was off, Denise Manikouras took over for him as my sales lady. By this time, there was no surprise that I would come in contact with yet another professional. Once again, no pressure applied. Denise too was very knowledgeable and very patient explaining the RDX features as she went though each and every one of them. As I was completing my purchase, Pat Dazzo evaluated my car for a trade-in and I felt more than compensated with his offer. Omar Hammad explained the final paperwork in detail. It isn't just that Acura puts out a great and reliable product, it's the pleasure experiencing a synchronized team working so well together to keep their customers happy. P.S., I can't even complain about the coffee - it's great too. More

Priceless Went in with an offer from another dealer. Wanted more proof than an email correspondence. I then asked for their price independent of the best offer Went in with an offer from another dealer. Wanted more proof than an email correspondence. I then asked for their price independent of the best offer I received. The manager, Pat Dazzo, declined to give a price on the vehicle I was interested in and did not want to sell me a car that day. He said to go get the best offer from another dealer in writing with full details of the car and then comeback and see if they can beat it. I already did that Pat! I'm not wasting my time doing more of the same legwork and coming back hoping you will match the offer. What a waste! I will never recommend anyone going to a place where they treat you like they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. Joe Rizza should be ashamed of the way you treat customers. The dealership doesn't even deserve 1 star. More

Great Service. I visited Joe Rizza Acura on Tuesday, May 26, 2015. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was extremely inviting and helpful. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, nor did I feel uncomfortable during the buying process. Ahmad and Pat worked together to get me the I wanted at a price/payment that was within my budget. I did not have to settle for different car. Denise was extremely helpful! She was very personable, courteous, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She even brought me hot chocolate while I waited- since I had a sore throat due to a cold that was forming. I am very pleased with the customer service that was provided, and I would most definitely recommend Joe Rizza Acura to others! More

Great People - Great Service I spent my afternoon at Downtown Acura and was very disappointed with Cocky sales staff - huge turn off for the customer. Headed to Joe Rizza in Orlan I spent my afternoon at Downtown Acura and was very disappointed with Cocky sales staff - huge turn off for the customer. Headed to Joe Rizza in Orland Park (after finding them online) which was another hour from there on Saturday evening in terrible traffic. Got there around 5 pm. Salesperson Jon was amazing. He listened to us and tried to work the numbers and the deal. I was impressed by their customer service having encountered a totally opposite behavior at Downtown Acura on Elston earlier in the day. I came to buy a used car but they gave me an irresistible deal on the new ILX. They closed the deal even though it was way past their closing time and never for a second hurried me into anything. Courteous people who actually love their job - hard to find in this business; mostly car salesperson are pushy. Even though me and most of my friends live in the northern suburbs, I'd still highly recommend Joe Rizza to everybody. Trust me, its worth the drive. More
