Thank God for CarGurus.com The salesman (marc) was from across the road. He and I didn't really click, but he was able to work with me on buying a truck. While looking at the tr The salesman (marc) was from across the road. He and I didn't really click, but he was able to work with me on buying a truck. While looking at the truck he was annoying. The building and shop look nice. I was in to have my truck checked over and two employees were yelling at each other over water first thing in the morning. Megan and the service manager are awesome to work with! The one star rating on the friendlyness was because two employees got in a verbal fight between the customer lounge and service desk. Wonderful Experience and Great Customer Service I was really happy with the service experience I had. Pat was very accommodating and kind and really listened to what I wanted out of a vehicle. Quick, easy, and friendly. We had some issues at another local dealership, but our experience at Bob Johnson what a night and day difference.
