Dishonest and Lazy I emailed in to see a specific vehicle, I was told it was there and that the sales man would have the vehicle pulled up and ready for a test drive. When I arrived not only wasn't there a sales man waiting for me, but the Sales Manager walking the floor asking if anyone was free, but the vehicle I wanted to see was still in transit. Complete waste of my time. When the vehicle finally came in, I gave them another shot for my business and went for a test drive. While I was gone they were going to work up some numbers, since I was in a hurry. When I returned, check book in hand, they hadn't worked up any numbers and instead still had to meet with the sales manager. They decided to appraise my trade-in as a fair conditioned vehicle, which it isn't, so that they could use a GM rebate of $2000. The problem with this is my vehicle was worth more than the fair appraisal and the GM rebate had they given it an accurate appraisal of good. When I mentioned how unhappy I was with their service, the Sales manger said that's too bad, it's a popular truck and we will sell it to some one else. More

The building and shop look nice. I was in to have my truck checked over and two employees were yelling at each other over water first thing in the morning. Megan and the service manager are awesome to work with! The one star rating on the friendlyness was because two employees got in a verbal fight between the customer lounge and service desk. I shopped everywhere across New York state and by far they had the beat deals. Therefore I contacted their sales department and after an hour, the salesman had a great offer for me. I gladly excepted the offer and later drove with my entire family an hour and a half to purchase my new GMC truck. Once we arrived, we were greeted by almost every sales person in the store. After meeting my salesman for the first time, I started competing my paperwork. There was a significant misunderstanding in the paperwork and I almost left the store without purchasing my new truck. After speaking with the owners son Zac, he made everything correct and did the right thing to keep my business. If it wasn't for him, I would have not purchased the new vehicle. He went above and beyond and after a few minutes of fixing the paperwork, my family and I left in our new GMC Sierra with an amazing deal!! Since purchasing my new vehicle, i have recommended Bob Johnson GMC to all of my family and friends and will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from them. More

Quick check in for service and check out. I got a call from the dealership to bring my truck in for a recall issue. Pull up to service they greet you and check lights and under the hood .
