He dealt with questions quickly and if didn't know the answer got with the right people to get the answers I was looking for. Kept me up to speed on the purchase process, took care of any concerns I had with the car (and I am not an easy person to deal with when it comes to attention to detail), and overall made me feel comfortable during the process that this particular dealership treats their customers right and well. Pat Masone walked me through all the financial decisions clearly and offered his opinions on certain portions based on his experience which helped clear up the decision making. Overall through purchasing experience, this dealership treated me the best and based on discussions overheard between other customers, I was not the only happy customer. More
