We spent a little more time chit-chatting than we would have liked, but I can understand that maybe he didn't want to come across as pushy - so that's ok. PJ came over and finalized the deal for us and got us exactly what we asked for - no back and forth, no BS. Then at the end we sealed the deal with Pat, the business manager, and he was great too - very knowledgeable and personable. He continued the trend of no games, as any car buyer can appreciate. Couldn't give it 5/5 stars just because they did tell us that the car would come with a free 3 month trial of Sirius/XM, but upon delivery the salesperson kind of bluntly said "oh they may have lied about that." Perhaps that was a bit too much honesty. And secondly, I would've thought that it was standard practice for them to deliver the car with a full tank of gas. It's not a huge deal, but just something that just seems to make sense. More

When we started our search for a new car, we had done our research online as to the make, model, color and options we were looking for in our new Volvo. When we searched for a dealer that had what we wanted, we were shocked to find that Prestige Volvo was the closest dealer to have exactly what we were looking for. No wonder, as they are the largest Volvo dealer in the country. I contact Tina Bilokin via email to inquire about the vehicle they had in stock. She was very responsive, not only to providing us with an extremely competitive lease quote but also to take our leased 2014 Volvo S60 in trade. All promises and quoted figures that were provided via email were 100% honored when we actually got to the dealership and our new car was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Tina is extremely knowledgeable of the Volvo product line and was able to efficiently program the car's electronics with our cell phones, Volvo On Call app and Sirius Satellite Radio service. Pat Masone walked us through all the paperwork without any up-sell pressure to purchase other services or features we didn't want. Very much a gentleman and pleasure to work with. I guess if I had to summarize our experience with Prestige Volvo, I would say that it was like working with one big happy family. From the initial inquiry to driving off the lot in our new car, the entire experience was warm and friendly, where we were treated like family and not just a consumer. Deborah and the Management team worked out a lease with options I wanted/needed and at a price that I felt was reasonable. PS: My wife also picked up a 2016 S60 to replace her 2013 S60 that came off lease at the same time. More
