This was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and there was no need for negotiations as the pricing is already good. Each staff member took time with me and my dad like we were the only customers there. I moved out of the state after this purchase and Matthew has gone out of his way to mail my plates and registration to me. I highly recommend going to Prestige Volvo, even if it's out of the way, it's worth it! More

Her main objective was to help the customer recognize why her vehicle has earned the reputation that it has. I was given a fair valve for my trade-in and any issues I had with my new (pre-owned)purchase were dealt with a "We Owe" slip that I'll use when I have the vehicle in for service.. Pat Masone the Business Manager got me an excellent finance rate and explained the additional coverage I should consider buying to avoid any costly repairs in the future. With his recommendations I believe I made a great purchase. I hope my buying experience is matched by the service department in the future. More

At no point did I feel like I was getting a "sell" and I felt that the negotiation process from initial offer to accepted offer was fair and quick. Signing the paperwork was also a breeze. The best part was that there were no hidden surprises or add on's at the end...everything was already included in the price discussed, which made the process that much more simple and transparent. I will definitely be coming back here when it is time for a new car. More

Because of this I decided to buy myself a car from them when my Ford broke down. They were so sweet, Deb even let me use her card to pay for Car Insurance over phone because I only had cash on me. The finance manager was the icing on the cake. He was so honest and willing to help me anyway he could. My credit sucked too! I got a great deal and they were so nice to me the entire time. I am 28 years old and I will be buying my cars there for the rest of my life! More
