This was my first visit to Prestige Volvo and it was a great experience. All of the personnel were friendly and helpful to find the vehicle that I wanted at a price that was acceptable to me. When I picked the Volvo up later that week, the sales agent, Frank was so helpful. He spent almost 2 hours with me going over the car manual, sitting in the car to show me the car's features, helping me set up my i-phone to the car, and setting up my trial subscription to Sirius Radio. I drove away knowing the key operational aspects of the car. More

Recently I had two service appointments. The first was for a blown out tire that was covered in full because Christian suggested I talk to Pat about tire insurance when I purchased my wagon through Christ for a blown out tire that was covered in full because Christian suggested I talk to Pat about tire insurance when I purchased my wagon through Christian in January. The insurance is awesome and well worth it after having hit something sharp on the road and ruined a wheel and tire. I spoke with Matt on the phone when that happened and he made sure I got a loaner even though it was a last minute request. Bob was great when I brought my car in after roadside assistance put the spare on, and the new wheel was taken off a car on the lot so I did not have to wait for one to be ordered. Professionalism, service, personableness and kindness could not have been any better. The second service appointment was for the replacement of the rear bumper (s) due to a minor collision which the other party's insurance paid for. Bill handled this and was terrific. Lindsey helped in person and on the phone with both service appointments. More

Once again I had the pleasure of working with PJ Lee, Pat Massone, and Marc Apirian on a Volvo. This was my second deal with them in 4 months; in December I traded in a GMC Acadia and purchased an XC 90 whi Massone, and Marc Apirian on a Volvo. This was my second deal with them in 4 months; in December I traded in a GMC Acadia and purchased an XC 90 which we love. I was impressed with how fast PJ and Marc came back to me with a very fair deal on my trade-in and a lease on a 2012 S60. No pressure from either of them and no need to haggle on my end. PJ took the time for a test drive and talk about all the cool features of the car which cemented the sale. Pat the finance manager was also a pleasure to deal with a second time. After the papers were signed PJ spent an additional 1/2hr with me teaching me about all the features. The entire transaction took 2 hours and I drove off with my new car feeling like I got a very fair deal. I would highly recommend Prestige Volvo and look forward to dealing with them for a 3rd time when I'm ready for a new car. HN Livingston, NJ More

Deb and Pat were great. We got the model we wanted (we bought certified used). Since it was a pre-owned car it had 1-2 imperfections which they promised would be fixed by the dealership. When I went back a few days later, the service department was extremely nice and very efficient. Nothing but positive feedback. We've had the car 2 months now and it's great! I will go back there when it's time for a new car. More

I walked into Prestige last weekend with the intent of priicing out a Volvo, possibly taking it for a test drive and hoping to sort through some thoughts I had around Volvo compared to other brands I was priicing out a Volvo, possibly taking it for a test drive and hoping to sort through some thoughts I had around Volvo compared to other brands I was considering. After spending 2 hours with Matt and Jeff, going through each vehicle I was considering, test driving both and having frank discussions about my thought process, I walked out with a C70 convertible. I had no intentions of purchasing that day, however due to Matt and Jeff, the decision was easy. They were incredibly honest, personable and answered every question I had about each car. They were MORE than focused on customer service and that made it clear as to why I have heard so many great things about Prestige Volvo. I would HIGHLY recommend Matt, Jeff, Pat and the rest of the Prestige Volvo team if you are looking for a new car. It was a fantastic experience. More
