This has to be hands down my best dealership experience ever! I have leased/own ( Maserati , BMW, Cadillac , Mercedes to name just a few) Not one of those dealerships can compare. As you come to Volvo Hano ever! I have leased/own ( Maserati , BMW, Cadillac , Mercedes to name just a few) Not one of those dealerships can compare. As you come to Volvo Hanover everybody is welcoming and happy and there is this vibe of energy and everyone is being engaged. I have never seen such a team driving together to assist their customers. It doesn't feel stiff like some dealerships . This whole experience from start to finish was fun and painless. From finding the vehicle we wanted, coming to an amazing deal ( especially with the craziness of economy today) with honesty and transparency . Nicole and Tina were so helpful, knowledgeable responsive, and thoughtful( even surprised my kids with swag the day of our pickup). Amazing team of people what a pleasure! More
