I put Lauren through a very unorthodox way of working with a customer. I can’t not speak on the phone during the day so everything was done via text/email. She didn’t blink. And to top that off, I had to take delivery in a Sunday. I was not the easiest to work with but she was a champ and just made it happen. We closed the deal with Pat on a Sunday after noon. He was outstanding as well. Just a great operation happening at Conte Caddy. Made it worth the the drive from Albany. The XL5 Is great. And I’ll be back for my Escalade in a few years. :-) More
