I am very sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the 2015 Chrysler Town and Country you purchased. We feel that you saying that we don’t stand behind the cars we sell is a bit unfair. It has been over 10 months since you have taken delivery of your vehicle. I’m glad that we have repaired the headrest to your satisfaction. I’m sorry that it took longer than expected. It was a parts availability issue beyond our control that caused the delay. I’m glad that you were able to use one of our new Cadillac loaner cars for the entire time the repair was being made. We have always been a dealer that stands behind the products that we sell. We have been in business for over 40 years and have thousands of completely satisfied customers. Honesty and integrity are the pillars that our business is built on. At the time of purchase your vehicle was covered for 60 days or 3000 miles. We then offered you the opportunity to purchase an extended warranty to further protect the vehicle, which you declined. I’m glad that you mentioned that we were willing to take a look at your battery issue. To me, that demonstrates that we are willing to good will items from a purchase that was almost a year ago.
