Frank the manager was professional & honest, he called back as promised. Dana was an amazing salesman, he was professional and very attentive throughout the on line shopping process! I live in a different back as promised. Dana was an amazing salesman, he was professional and very attentive throughout the on line shopping process! I live in a different city, Dana drove the vehicle to me, spent less than 30 minutes in my home to go over paperwork, it was a seamless process. I will purchase my next Infiniti from this dealership and request Dana to be my salesman! Thank you! More

New purchase Patrick Herrero assisted us in buying our Infinity Q50. We were very happy with all his help and knowledge. Pleasant Surprise Mr. Patrick Herrero was my salesperson. I asked quite a few questions and he answered them all with no problems. It was not my intent to purchase a Mr. Patrick Herrero was my salesperson. I asked quite a few questions and he answered them all with no problems. It was not my intent to purchase a vehicle on my first visit, but Patrick showed me the QX50 Edition 30.... This was the quickest and less frustrating car purchase experience that I've had in years from. The team members from the manager, Juan (finance) to the receptionist (sorry, I don't remember her name) was great. I was reluctant to buy local, but I'm glad I did. More

Honestly one of the best car buying experiences ever! We started out at Infiniti’s sister lot (with excellence service), saw a car online that took us over to the Infiniti lot, and we were taken care of fro started out at Infiniti’s sister lot (with excellence service), saw a car online that took us over to the Infiniti lot, and we were taken care of from the moment we stepped foot on the lot! I think we probably worked with at least 5 or 6 different people (Tim, Andre, Chris, Jenn, Patrick , Frank, Nick )within the dealership and everyone was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and genuine! It was a wonderful experience and we will absolutely drive from West Palm Beach again to go back! More
