Buyer Beware. Service and parts departments really need an overhaul. It took 8 months of us being on a service list to get our 3 RECALL items addressed. I called f Service and parts departments really need an overhaul. It took 8 months of us being on a service list to get our 3 RECALL items addressed. I called frequently to see if parts were available and was continually told, not yet we'll call you. It took 30 days once we dropped our truck off to get our recalls and 1 warrenty item fixed. I believe this dealership puts warrenty and recall work on the back burner as those services don't pay as much. No one calls you back for days and when they do all you get is ticket is still open and someone will call you back with further details. We had to go to the dealership to find out what was going on with our truck. This is not the first time we had service delays from this dealership, but it will be the last. I will travel out of town to have our truck serviced. More
