I had an extremely disappointing experience at Lexus of Sacramento. Dealing with Patrick Castano was unpleasant due to his arrogance and pushy demeanor. The dealership raised the car price and sold it before my scheduled pickup with a check, demonstrating poor communication and deceptive sales tactics. I strongly discourage anyone from going through such a negative experience, and I won't be recommending Lexus of Sacramento to anyone. Unfortunately, they've lost my business. More
