I really appreciate the willingness of everyone to work with our schedules. We went in thinking and knowing our budget was fit for the Escape SE, and lo and behold, there was an Escape SEL that fit our price range! :) Should we decide to get a new car, we'd really come back to Jeff Belzer New Prague despite the 45-50 minute drive from Minneapolis... and we're already recommending them to our friends. We were very interested in a Traverse but the one we wanted was at their Lakeville location. Joseph arranged to have the car brought to New Prague and we came back and looked at it. It was exactly what we wanted. Joseph explained the procedure of meeting with the different departments to purchase the vehicle. When the tires came in and I took my vehicle in to have them put on their shuttle driver gave me a ride home and they called me when the job was finished and the shuttle came and picked me up and took me back to the dealership. Everyone I talked to in the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership.. More
