I should have checked ac/heat and not taken word that everything worked. I overreacted a bit when I left a message for Mark. At the time I was a little stressed bc vehicle needed to go to Michigan 2/25 a everything worked. I overreacted a bit when I left a message for Mark. At the time I was a little stressed bc vehicle needed to go to Michigan 2/25 and I couldn’t send my wife into cold weather without heater working correctly. I thought you would at least look at it to see if it was something minor you could fix. The first response from Tony was to take it to Honda. He then said to bring it in and then called me back as I was leaving and told me not to. I came in and spoke with King 2/20 explaining what happened and was told he or Tony would call me back later that day. I never heard back. I know I overacted a bit, but still am disappointed that no one ever got back to me. I would like someone in a management position to response to this message, thanks. More
