Sales and Finance Called Mr. Richard Ramirez (we have previously purchased 4 vehicles from Richard) on Friday evening and told him that my wife and I were interested in Called Mr. Richard Ramirez (we have previously purchased 4 vehicles from Richard) on Friday evening and told him that my wife and I were interested in a Sequoia TRD Sport which was on the show room floor and made an appointment to meet with him on Saturday morning. When we arrived at the dealership early on Saturday morning, Richard was ready to meet with us and had already moved the vehicle out of the show room. Richard is very knowledgeable, he answered every question my wife and I had about the Sequoia in great detail. As we completed our test drive of the vehicle I asked Richard if we could see a couple of other model vehicles to keep our options open at this time. Without hesitation, Richard very patiently and courteously showed us a couple of 4 Runners, a couple of Tundras and even another Sequoia, all this while a steady "rain/drizzle" fell on us. We finally decided to go with the original TRD Sport and moved our business indoors. In no time at all Richard came up with a Price that we were all happy with and we went on to "Finance"! This is when we met Mr. Patrick Lancaster for the first time ever. Patrick is the "Best" Finance Manager we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Getting down to the Nuts and Bolts of finance, with adding accessories, services, taxes, insurance (different kinds) and any other charges, can be very confusing and intimidating. Patrick made this part of buying a vehicle, which I consider the most Stressful part, a pleasure. Patrick is extremely knowledgeable and courteous not to mention he is "Fast" at what he does. Patrick is very Likeable, he has a good sense of humor and even though we held a conversation through most of time together he was able to keep the mountain of paperwork in perfect order. Patrick is also very patient, he explained every option we had and did not move on to the next item until we understood what was in front of us. Thank you very much Richard and Patrick for all you did for us today. More

Best car shopping experience ever Normally car shopping is something I dread! And the fact that I was driving an hour and half to come look at a car made me nervous thinking I may have a bad experience and I'd driven all this way. BUT I WAS SURPRISED!! Our salesman was very pleasant and listened to what we wanted to see and he never pressured us! He didn't try to play the game of let me go see what kind of deal I can get for you ! They gave us a fair amount for our trade and the best deal on the new car! The finance department was super fast and efficient and no pressure there as far as using their financing !! The experience was very calm and enjoyable. I couldn't believe it! I will drive back no matter how long it takes me for my next car purchase. More
