They located the vehicle I wanted, negotiated the price and appraised my trade-in. However, I did have some issues with the service department regarding my sunroof on the vehicle I traded in. HAPPY We were very pleased by our experience. The finance guy Patrick, the sales person Christie and her assistant listened to our needs. What we could do We were very pleased by our experience. The finance guy Patrick, the sales person Christie and her assistant listened to our needs. What we could do and presented us with options. And although the payment was not as low as we said we wanted it. They explained why and it was reasonable. We even added some maintenance and other options because it was the best deal. The RAV has everything I wanted and I love driving it. Thank you. Definitely worth the drive way down south!!! More
