My wife and I are avid sports fans and we root for the Yankees, New York Football Giants and UCONN Basketball. On Sunday's in the summertime, you can find me on the baseball diamond playing for the Brookfield Knights of the Northeast Baseball Association.

It's all good! I visited the dealership twice, the first time to test drive a 2017 Legacy and the second time to finalize my purchase. All employees were friendly a I visited the dealership twice, the first time to test drive a 2017 Legacy and the second time to finalize my purchase. All employees were friendly and courteous. My salesperson, Anthony Pilla, was easy-going, knowledgeable and professional. Negotiations with him were straightforward, as was all of the paperwork with Rich Johnson. There was never any game-playing, sales pressure, etc., and I was never made to feel uncomfortable - neither during my visits nor during follow-up phone calls in between. This is in stark contrast to salespeople at a Subaru dealership that I visited in Northern Westchester county. I expected the car-buying process to be stressful, but the nice people at Brewster Subaru made it about as easy as possible. I intend to maintain a relationship with this dealership and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone. More

We then spoke once on the phone briefly, at which point I said I prefer to use email. Went back and forth with emails over a couple weeks. When I made my decision I called on a Saturday and spoke with Patrick Larson . He informed me that Maggie was off but come on in and he would help me. After arriving and speaking with Pat he put me in touch with Mitch. Took a legacy for a ride and then sat down to talk. Pulled up correspondence from Maggie and stuck to quoted price. They did not have the exact car I wanted, color combination was non negotiable for me. Mitch said they would try and track down a car and give me a call. He called Monday informed me they would have it Wednesday and asked when the best to,e for me to come in. Set up for Friday at noon. When I arrived everything was ready to go, did not waste my time. Mitch went over the car, then sat with Rich Johnson to recap the numbers we agreed on and sign. Everyone great to deal with. No pressure no stress and most important no wasting of my time. Would absolutely go back to this dealership. 5 Star experience. More
