I'm reside in Connecticut with my wife and two young boys! We have two dogs as well as a couple pet ducks. I enjoy spending my free time with my wife and kids and participating in their activities such as soccer, baseball and Cub Scouts. My wife and I are avid sports fans and we root for the Yankees, New York Football Giants and UCONN Basketball. On Sunday's in the summertime, you can find me on the baseball diamond playing for the Brookfield Knights of the Northeast Baseball Association.

It is also small enough to provide excellent customer service in all areas. Robyn and the other staff we dealt with, spent a great deal of time with us, making sure all of our questions and concerns were answered. It felt like we were dealing with "family". Listened well, located car, quoted a good price I was shopping for a 2017 Impreza sedan. I had done research online and visited other dealers. After contacting Brewster Subaru online, I was advise I was shopping for a 2017 Impreza sedan. I had done research online and visited other dealers. After contacting Brewster Subaru online, I was advised to ask for Patrick when I came in. He is a sales manager, who had me work with Roy on the sales floor. Roy was very enthusiastic, a bit much for my taste, but others might enjoy it. Importantly, Roy listened to find out what I wanted, unlike some dealers who talk to sell you what they have. He was able to see that a sister dealer in Danbury CT had a car that was my first choice color and had everything I wanted, and very few accessory add-ons I didn't want, and he quoted a very competitive price when I asked him to give me his best price. (I never tell a dealer what I'm willing to pay- I just tell them they know their best price, and that's what I want.) I know the price was competitive, i.e. lower than most others, because I had 4 other quotes by then, all $400-500 higher. Through no fault of Roy or Patrick, I had planned to stop at one more dealer, and when I did, they had a car in stock that was my second choice color, with everything else as asked, and a price that was actually about $100 lower, I guess because it was in stock and it was the end of the month. I took that deal, but had been treated so well at Brewster Subaru that I did at least let them know not to get the car he had quoted. They'll have no trouble selling it to someone else. More

In april of 2016 i went in to buy a subaru impreza and got matched up with robyn. Im telling you this woman is a saint she searched high and low for the exact car i wanted and got it for me. Sadly to say that car has since gotten totaled but when looking for a new car i knew exactly where and to who i was going to. Yet again Robyn Patrick and Rich did another amazing job and got me exactly what i wanted!!!! They make it so easy and never make you feel stupid. I would 100% go back everytime. When the dealership found out that my car was delayed, they gave me a new Subaru to drive until my car arrived. The atmosphere in this dealership is very friendly (like a family), and they really care about their customers. Like Buying A Car From Family Alright! So I was getting ready to start college after just getting back from training down in fort Leonard-Wood MO and the last thing i wanted to wor Alright! So I was getting ready to start college after just getting back from training down in fort Leonard-Wood MO and the last thing i wanted to worry about was how I was going to get from place to place. After looking for some local work I decided it was probably time to get a car and so that's what i did. Subaru has always been a trusted brand in my family and my family has had good prior experiences with Brewster Subaru and its staff. I decided to shop around with that thought weighing heavy in my mind and I couldn't find a car that suited my needs better than the Subaru that I wanted and so I went in to see what I could workout. After walking around outside for a bit and looking at the statistics on some of the cars to compare it with the one I wanted I was greeted by sales associate Anthony Pilla. I was pleased with the service because there wasn't a moment in time where I felt rushed or uncomfortable while talking to him about the car. If I had a question it was answered and answered well and some were even answered before I had to ask. He was honest with me from the beginning till the end. From that I came to the conclusion that I was working with a staff that was not only knowledgeable on the topic of their cars but were also proud and passionate about what they were selling. through the entire experience I felt well supported and informed but not at all pressured. I was more than pleased with the sales team and management and given the opportunity to lease from them again or even buy from them, I would in a heartbeat. I'm happy to share where I got my Subaru from and I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. More
