The only thing I didn’t appreciate was when I was purchasing the car, no one spoke directly to me and kept assuming that my parents were buying the car. I would’ve liked to be recognized and respected more as I was the one with the money. I don’t remember his name but its either Isaac or Isaiah, but his customer service was superior and he went above and beyond my expectations. He immediately got out wax when I noticed sticky residue on my car and thoroughly detailed the car until I was satisfied. I’m sure that wasn’t in his job description but was very much appreciated. The service I received was exceptional. Joel was very helpful and much nicer than the first guy who came up to my car when I pulled into the lane. More

He had a great sense of humor, a constant smile on his face and actually listened to me and my needs. He was quick and found me the perfect car for my lifestyle and budget. I would suggest anyone looking for a car (new or used), find Anthony. Then I had the pleasure of meeting with Patrick in finance. He made what is usually a long, boring process so quick and so easy that I couldn’t believe it. He didn’t try to over sell me and made useful suggestions. I recommend this dealership! I was a little confused about the Gap insurance and went ahead with my own insurance through AAA which was one third of the insurance that had been offered through the dealership. I would strongly recommend shopping around for the insurance. Overall, my experience with this dealership has been very good. I believe I got a much better deal here than I would have in Placerville or Folsom. It didn’t seem like either of those dealerships would work with me on the price of a new car which was disappointing. The service department provided excellent service especially Charles Linck and Victor Reynoso when they both explained to me on two different telephone conversations the reason why my check engine light had come on by not getting the gas cap on correctly. I was pretty concerned that maybe I had bought a lemon. They both did a great job in calming my nerves unlike Vanessa, another service department associate I spoke with who was definitely less than calming or helpful and made me more upset and concerned about my new car purchase. I think it would be helpful if she learned a bit more about just being nice! Anyway, I love my NEW AVALON!!!!! Many Thanks! By the way Patrick Sliney the Fianance Manager terrific too! More
