Second Times the Charm All I have to say is that James was awesome never the less. If it wasn't for him being on top of his job as part of the internet team I wouldn't have thought I would of came back to Elk grove Toyota and purchased the the 2018 Camary I wanted. The very first time I went to Elk Grove Toyota was slightly disappointing since I was given information that the specific car I wanted was already there. As I got there I waited around for about an hour until I figured out that it was just waste of my time since they have told me, "Well we can get it here in about an hour if you want." It wasn't until a couple of days later James has contact me for a week straight which then on a Sunday he sent me that exact car I was looking for with everything I really wanted. To tell the truth I believed it was just to bring me in again but I wanted to try one more time since James kept reassuring me that he will get me what I was looking for. When I came in that Sunday and James walk me straight to the car. JAMES if you are reading this, I want to thank you again for helping me and help me instead of just selling me a car. James is professional, personable, and he makes you feel like you are family. If you have any questions or need help feel free to look for James through the internet team.
