After test driving a number of cars and speaking with numerous dealerships in the northern VT area, I was a little disheartened about the whole experience until I got to James. His cool and empathetic approach was refreshing compared to the aggressive, intimidation tactics I'd felt at other dealerships. While I *needed* a car, James's personality made me *want* to buy the car, specifically from him. He was super knowledgable about all the vehicles I wanted to buy, directed me to the best cars based on my goals and wants, and explained the whole process to me in a way that was easy to understand. I have nothing but great things to say about James and will be directing friends/family his way. Patrick in the finance department was super helpful about explaining all the steps and options to me. I never once worried I was signing away my first born child. Again, the level of empathy and care from both Patrick and James was what made me purchase from Heritage. The only negative thing about the whole experience was the lack of wiggle room with the price of the car. I do understand the market is tough right now, though as a long time Heritage customer I expected there to be more of a conversation about how to make the price work for me. Again, I think this may just be how the market is at the time, not a reflection of the dealership. More

He helped me choose between the couple cars I was interested in, helped me narrow in on the options/colors James was great and very patient with me. It has been great working with Tek to find the exact car we were looking for.. After our Rav4 was stolen in late December and then declared "totaled", we tried to find another Rav4 with the same packages, we were looking for.. Tek worked with Heritage management to change the specs on a car that was not yet built in order to match the color and packages we wanted. He went above and beyond in his help. We highly recommend Tek when you are looking for your next car. He listens and acts on customer needs. From a dealership perspective: - Patrick was great to work with in the Finance team. No pressure...just presented the choices and explained them. - We had our previous Rav4 serviced at Heritage, and our service rep, Frank is just terrific also. This shows the whole dealership is customer oriented. More
