Dealer did not disclose $1,200 problem. Test drove & bought a used 2007 Ford Edge w/ over 100k miles, only to find out that the seat/mirror controls for driver 1 & 2 does not work properly a Test drove & bought a used 2007 Ford Edge w/ over 100k miles, only to find out that the seat/mirror controls for driver 1 & 2 does not work properly and remember the mirror positions for the two drivers. Notified our salesman, who said they would take care of it when they fixed the air bag recall. After waiting 9 months the air bag is fixed, but they refuse to fix the seat/mirror controller at their expense. $1,200. If I knew this at the time of purchase, I would have passed on this vehicle. Needless to say, we will never buy from Cortese Group of Dealers again. More

Cortese Ford Service is honest and they do great work I have been taking my vehicles to Cortese Ford for service for several years now.
