Patrick was great. We came in for inspection, oil change and 2 recalls. It took longer for the recalls and to get the ok from Ford so we had to come back but both times he kept us informed. My only complaint is the waiting room seems to be the pass thru for everyone so it was quite busy and that the reminder e-mails/texts are quite excessive! More

I would definitely think twice about purchasing a Ford from Cortese!!!!!. I have a 2016 Ford Fusion that has been sitting at Cortese since August 2nd waiting for a new motor that is covered under warrant from Cortese!!!!!.
