Service manager, Yes the modem now works. and we are thankful for that. Just to clarify: the quote was the car " has so many electrical problems." However the car still has issues with the engine. and we are going to take it to another dealership to get it checked out. More

I would give zero stars if possible. We have had our certified used car since Dec. 26, 2025 and have had to take it back at least 6 times to fix a problem with the computer. They keep We have had our certified used car since Dec. 26, 2025 and have had to take it back at least 6 times to fix a problem with the computer. They keep saying it will be fixed but after having it multiple days several different times, it still doesn't work. The battery died and they did replace it however the service manager stated it has so " many electrical issues " It should never have been sold as a certified car. I would love to have our money back so we could go elsewhere. We are totally disappointed and disgusted. Robert B More

Owned my Bronco for less than 6 months. Had it in the service department 4 times. One for a recall and the last two for the same problem with my throttle positioning sensor. Now I had to take Monday and tomorrow off work to get it repaired because the tech doesn't work late More
