Was Able To Reach Goal I only went into the dealership on a whim. The reason I stayed and came back the next day was of the car that fit the majority of my needs. They were willing to hold on to the car for me and had a lot of patience while dealing with the insurance and financing of the car. They also waited for me to make my decision. I'm sure they just wanted to make the sale but they were willing to do a lot to make the sale, things that were mostly in my favor. Go here if they have the car you need/want. You'll be fine. More

Poor Customer Service The customer support provided this dealer for out of state/internet purchase is poor, at least once the vehicle is purchased . This is especially true The customer support provided this dealer for out of state/internet purchase is poor, at least once the vehicle is purchased . This is especially true for the middle management. My temporary registration, which they provide and insist on registering the vehicle through their state DMV, expired before a new one arrived. Although I have contacted them a number of times and at least a week before my tags expired to check on the status and a possible extension of temporary registration, no reprieve was offered. As a matter of fact neither Jeff or Paul, ever replied. Now I have a $35k hunk a meatal sitting in my garage, which my wife can not drive and I'm going out of town for a week. My recommendation is, that although the price may be right there is more to getting a new vehicle, so if I had to do it again, I would take my business else where. More
