Couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience, Delavon and the rest of the associates who helped me during the process went above and beyond to make the experience as pleasant as possible. I bough Delavon and the rest of the associates who helped me during the process went above and beyond to make the experience as pleasant as possible. I bought my last car from dean team Ballwin and Paul Biermann was the salesman that worked with me then and was a major factor in me deciding to turn to dean team ballwin for my next vehicle purchase. I went to a couple other dealerships to look and the way I was treated was a huge disappointment. Dean team Ballwin will continue to get my business for years to come they operate how a car dealership is suppose to operate. No matter how busy they are they make sure every single customer is taken care of in a timely manner, I don’t know how they do it but they find a way to make it work! Hats off to dean team Volkswagen of Ballwin! Again I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience!!! More
