I bought my Jeep and as part of the contract you receive 3 years of Jeep Wave Maintenance (tire rotation & oil change, see attached photo/document FROM JEEP!). However, by the time it came to the third year, they said they are not doing that anymore. I pointed out it was in the contract, on their website, and my salesperson, Boris Aguirre, had highlighted this feature to me several times at the sale. How could it be more clear than their own contract and their own website?!?!? They responded that no, they are not honoring the contract. I contacted the new service manager, Paul Bonilla, and he also highlighted they are no longer honoring the contract. The old service manager was very helpful and abided by the contract. I have a text from him that they owe us 3 years of Jeep Wave, but this is irrelevant to the new management. They do not honor their OWN contract. After a basic oil change, the oil leaked out completely. Oil pressure dropped to 0 psi. After inspecting on my own, I noticed they forgot to put an o-ring onto the filter. I mean really? I spent an hour at midnight trying to pinpoint the issue at 24 degree weather. No excuses. And this was before planning a long road trip. A few days later, and this would have been a bigger issue. General service manager and service adviser play tough guys. Joke. If you care about your car, DO NOT take it for service to this place. Nielsen Dealer just a few miles away will provide a much better experience. More
