I stopped at this dealer to look at used four door sedans, as my current vehicle was totaled in an accident. Eileen was helpful in showing me around the lot and knowledgeable about the vehicles for s sedans, as my current vehicle was totaled in an accident. The price was close to what I wanted, and Paul was willing to come down a few dollars to meet my budget. I purchased the vehicle for a fair price and appreciate the way I was treated by everyone I met. Even though I will probably pay cash when the insurance claim is final on my totaled car, the finance department found me a great loan and sent me home in the car that day. I buy another vehicle here, and would recommend this dealrship to anyone looking for a new vehicle.would gladly More

I assisted my 20 year old daughter in purchasing her first new/used vehicle. We drove out from Chandler and made the purchase. We were promised a repair that has yet to be made and despite the fact that first new/used vehicle. We drove out from Chandler and made the purchase. We were promised a repair that has yet to be made and despite the fact that it was listed on our sales contract, we were told that it cannot be done after being told that the dealership can get teh part for less than $5. Then, we were promised a $100 gas card and have (as of this momenet) been told 5 times that it is being mailed today!!! Wow, mail from Peoria takes 2 months??? We still do not have her permanent license tags. and we are told the loan is through Honda Finance but when we call them, they say that they have no record of this sale. Wehave been asked to return to the dealership on 3 seperate occasions to "make things right" but they are still not right. When I call for help, I am transferred to a different person EVERY time despite the fact that I have asked for certain people. I would not send my worst enemy to this dealership!!! I am getting ready to call Channel 3 on your side. SAD WAY OF DOING BUSINESS!!!!! More

This dealer is the best. I spent three weeks trying to find the right car for my wife and I. I searched consumer reports, craigslist in various cites around the country, contacted a number of dealers mos find the right car for my wife and I. I searched consumer reports, craigslist in various cites around the country, contacted a number of dealers most of which showed little interest of dealing on the phone oe internet. These other dealers wanted me to "come in" so they could hit me with their " high pressure sales pitch", like going to a time share presentation. Not Acura of Peoria. I live about 140 miles from the dealership so I just wanted to buy an Acura without hassles and Aaron, the internet manager, and Paul, one of the sales managers bent over backwards to accommodate me. All of the negotiations were made either by e-mail or one the phone. I knew my drive away price before I left Tucson for Peoria. (had an e-mail confirmation). To be sure I was serious I was, over the phone, asked if i would put my down payment on my credit card so they could hold the car for me which I was more than willing to do. I would recommend that any of you out there consider this dealer ship as the place to buy. Sympathy for those that down rated this dealer ship. "5 stars" Thanks Aaron. More

I am a Saab owner for many years and recently lost my 1993 Saab 900 Convertible in an accident and needed to replace the vehicle. I wanted another Saab 9.5 (I have a 2002 Saab 9.5 with 230K miles on it) 1993 Saab 900 Convertible in an accident and needed to replace the vehicle. I wanted another Saab 9.5 (I have a 2002 Saab 9.5 with 230K miles on it) with low milage as our cross-country vehicle. We put between 22K and 25K a year on that car. In looking on-line at the several web sites that list cars for sale, I found 8 Saab 9.5s with less than 100K miles on them all out of state. Until this car I bought from Peoria Acura through Charles Myers, I had not found any Saabs in Arizona. It was a new listing and I immediately went to Peoria Saab, met with Charles who showed me the car which had just came in the night before and had not been serviced or cleaned up. It had 60K miles on the speedometer, and was the right color. Charles said that he would have it cleaned up and we could test drive it the next day with my wife, Lorane. The next day they had the car cleaned up so that it looked better than new. We took a test drive, and the car performed better than I anticipated. We returned to the dealership and negotiated a price that was in the area I was ready to pay. We agreed that i could have the car examined by my mechanic at Swedish Motors which I did, and we settled for the car on Friday of last week. I am now 83, an Engineer who knows cars intimately. I have bought many cars over the years and went through many negotiations to get the car and price I was willing to pay! This purchase was probably the best negotiation and agreement to final purchase price I have ever had on either a new or used car in my life. It was a most pleasant experience I was very impressed with Charles who went out of his way to be sure that the car was ready for me to test drive and, working with the Sales Manager Paul Brown, helped us reach a price that was agreeable to both of us. Courtesy and understanding of the issues was the rule of the day. This dealership should be proud of the way it does business, the people it hires to conduct that business and the impression it deliberately strives to leave with its customers. I had a wonderful experience buying a new Acura TSX sportswagon from this dealership. I arrived and was warmly greeted by the receptionist and offered water. I was given a very competitve quote online and when I showed up the paperwork was ready and the car was filled up and detailed. They honored all of the numbers that we had agreed to online. The financial department explained the extended warranty programs but was not pushy when I declined it. Overall it was a very pleasant car buying experience and I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family. More

Paul and Darren are very good at what they do. Paul can be a bit pushy and melodramatic - but bottom line is, he wants the customer to be happy walking out the door. All the folks we have worked with are very friendly and do listen to our concerns.
