What a pleasure not having someone breathing down your neck every minute. My salesman John Lozano was amazing! He was so helpful and such a breath of fresh air. I told him I was comparison shopping at several different dealerships as there were a few different vehicles I was interested in, including the Acura RDX. He answered all my questions without hesitation and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision no matter what or where I decided to buy. After shopping around I ended up buying the Acura RDX and I couldn’t be happier! Everyone I dealt with was really nice and very helpful. Aaron respond The day after we purchased a new 2018 MDX, I emailed Aaron Seabaugh about navigation cues not being audible but only visible on the map. Aaron responded: "I can come to your house and see if can fix issue. If not then I will bring it in to be looked at." Talk about going the extra mile! When a salesman offers that kind of service AFTER a purchase, you know you are dealing with the right person. We also enjoyed friendly "negotiating" with Paul Brown. He listened to our needs, budget and timeline without any pressure: He gave us time alone to talk about things and I never felt once that I was being “sold” a car.
