Very Pleasant Buying Experience-Satisfied Just purchased a 2017 Acura RDX Advance. Our sales person was Fred Peralta. He was knowledgable, professional and courteous. I can also say the same for Paul Brown, the Sales Manager. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the Finance Dept. The Finance Dept. employees were somewhat careless in handling all of the necessary paperwork and thus I would highly recommend that one take the time to read all documents prior to signing. More

Ask for Darren Maus in Acura of Peoria Sales I just leased my fourth Acura from Acura of Peoria. In this instance I had no expectations that I would achieve my goals to lease the vehicle I wanted I just leased my fourth Acura from Acura of Peoria. In this instance I had no expectations that I would achieve my goals to lease the vehicle I wanted. I worked with Darren Maus in their sales department who very calmly and patiently worked with me and listened to my objectives. Darren then facilitated navigating through working out a lease package that met all of my objectives. What stood out for me is Darren is very consistent, extremely knowledgeable on the features and technology of their vehicles, and absolutely no pressure to move forward with a contract unless it was the right decision for me. I highly recommend Acura of Peoria and I have to say I am not generous with compliments of businesses unless they are truly deserved. Everyone I have dealt with from Darren's sales management to service and parts have sincerely and consistently treated me with friendly respect. I absolutely recommend you ask for Darren Maus in Sales. Darren seriously made this an extremely easy process for me, I feel very good about the end result and love my Acura! More

My First evening in Peoria and I went home a car owner My husband and I drove all the way from Ahwatukee to Peoria (that's about 50 miles) to visit the Acura of Peoria dealership in hopes of finding a vehi My husband and I drove all the way from Ahwatukee to Peoria (that's about 50 miles) to visit the Acura of Peoria dealership in hopes of finding a vehicle. Why do that? My husband found a deal online. When we arrived it was an hour before closing and we were greeted politely, provided water and also given a place to sit as Aaron went online to see the vehicle we were interested in. Aaron and Paul both explained in a very professional and apologetic manner that the vehicle we were interested in was unavailable. But Aaron and Paul were determined to give us a reason for our long journey to their dealership and produced a vehicle they had just traded in that day. After two test drives, I knew this was the car we were looking for. We were able to negotiate with Aaron who worked with our price range and we bought the vehicle. They stayed late to help us get the vehicle and we were the last ones to leave the dealership. After a week I returned to pick up the car and Aaron made sure it had run through inspection, two key fobs, washed and buffed. He sat in the car with me to show me what buttons did what and how to program certain things which helped me greatly. Aaron and Paul treated us like family. They made sure all my questions were asked, gave me his cell number, and tried his hardest to make sure I went home happy. Aaron even texted me on his days off to inform me of my vehicle status. If I were to describe my experience at Acura of Peoria with these two "Power Team", I'd say it is an experience that is unmatched. I am thoroughly impressed at the level of care they showed us and how they were so kind and personable. So few actually succeed at mastering their exceptional service and I would recommend anyone, from San Tan Valley or Apache Junction to take that drive and see Aaron and Paul because it is worth every mile. More
