How to buy a Honda you love I purchase Hondas simply because they have earned my loyalty and trust by sticking to their core principles of what a vehicle should be, that being sa I purchase Hondas simply because they have earned my loyalty and trust by sticking to their core principles of what a vehicle should be, that being said the place you buy and service it is the next most important decision and the relationship I have had with Rick Case Honda has been simply marvelous. The ease with which they take care of all my needs from purchase to service has been seamless and constant and I do not go anywhere else, I have had a few issues over the years but they are quickly resolved, so hats off folks and look forward to many more years of our relationship. More

2ND time buying car at Rick Case,keeps getting better! Had met salesmen Tom Boyd on a previous occasion when we were there for service and were struck with his friendliness,patience and eagerness to help.W Had met salesmen Tom Boyd on a previous occasion when we were there for service and were struck with his friendliness,patience and eagerness to help.When we came to look at cars we asked for him and he didnt disappoint.He took us through all the car options available with patience,and did his best to explain the car in great detail and showing alot of knowledge of the product.Being in sales myself I can tell you you have a great asset with Tom on your sales force.He really showed us he cared.When we got into the price negotiations Tom and Paul Brown both showed alot of professionalism meeting us on price without all the back and forth game playing that goes on at other dealerships.When we struck a deal we felt it was a fair price.We then dealt with Yosuan Martinez in finance who did an awesome job explaining all the warranty options.So overall It was a great experience and would definitely come back again and recommend to friends and family! More

Even though there is a Honda dealership just 10 min away from me , I chose to drive 35 min to Rick Case. I feel like this dealership is just full of bull salesmanship like the others. It's larger and the e from me , I chose to drive 35 min to Rick Case. I feel like this dealership is just full of bull salesmanship like the others. It's larger and the employees I delt with Sound to be more real and honest. Even though my brand new Honda has a dent and quality control slipped up a bit, it was addressed by Paul Brown. It will be fixed soon. This is my second car from RC. More

You have a great Team. All of them very professional and making the customer feel as number one. The sales experience with Fabiola was first class. She makes you feel as a friend of many years. Then Paul ca making the customer feel as number one. The sales experience with Fabiola was first class. She makes you feel as a friend of many years. Then Paul came into the negotiation with a super attitude and a great professional level. Closing was with Eddie, and it was first class: fast and efficient. To close on the experience, Erika came into the picture with new car services, and for sure as the rest of the Team it was a supper service provider. Very little to add as comments. I came in with a bad situation, but it was a situation that Rick Case and Smart had contributed to. I traded a 2008 Smart ForTwo that I had purchased from Rick Case in 3/2008 and it had completely broken that Rick Case and Smart had contributed to. I traded a 2008 Smart ForTwo that I had purchased from Rick Case in 3/2008 and it had completely broken down when the Acuator failed at 50,000mi. When I had it towed to Rick Case Smart, I was told it was NO longer under 2 year or 26,000 mi powertrain warranty and I had to pay out of pocket for repairs over $1100. I also didn't have any towing service on my insurance policy, so I had to pay for that as well as the car taking over one week to repair which was a disruption to my work schedule. The car also had front end damage from an accident that looked worse than it was since the engine is in the back and the A/C was working perfectly. The car had 96,000mi at trade, so I believe the Sales Manager Paul did the best he could with the trade discount which I checked on Kelly Blue Book as similar. I had a credit score of 768, so I also qualified for Honda's best finance rate. But I felt I had NO CHOICE but to buy with Rick Case or I wouldn't get a better deal for the trade because of the Smart Car history and unpleasant experience. While I blame Mercedez-Benz (who makes Smart) more than Rick Case, more research should have been done by Rick Case before the car was sold to me or anybody else. Consumer Reports panned and failed the Smart Car in a review some time after I made my Smart purchase and I feel I bought a Lemon with no remedy for compensation by the maker or dealer. So, I guess this is the best deal I could get? I guess. I'm glad Honda is doing so well and selling so many cars and hopefully nothing bad will happen with this car as the review has described. Too bad people can't deduct depreciation on vehicles with taxes like they can with buildings or property. Good Day. More

I went into Rick Case Honda to see if an economy downsize car from my Nissan Frontier would be a good fit for my lifestyle. Soco, the Sales Person had me take for a drive a Honda Civic Coupe after we walked car from my Nissan Frontier would be a good fit for my lifestyle. Soco, the Sales Person had me take for a drive a Honda Civic Coupe after we walked through the entire lot trying to find the right color and features. At first it was challanging because the parking garage is not well organized. Instead of having cars of the same model on one floor, they are all over the place. After the test drive she ran a few numbers for me as a general idea to see where I would fit, but I wasn't very please, then she asked me to try the Accord Coupe instead and I said ok. Once I drove the car I felt much better with the ride. Then there was the issue of the price. She supported my gut-feelings and suggested to get the car that I really enjoy the most. Then she asked and asked again, "Jose do you like it?, Jose do you like it?" that made me a bit at ease and then I picked the LX entry level, but didn't like the seats quality, then we saw the EX with better seats and other features that I didn't care, but then she comes again "Jose do you like it? we can keep see others" I set my mind on the black Accord Coupe EX and went to the lobby with her. Then there was the negotiation, after a few counter offers then Mr. Paul stepped in, ran my credit realized that I had a decent credit and told me that "today is your day" we worked out the numbers. I told him what I wanted to pay and he made it happened. Maybe I didn't get the deal of the century, but he made me feel that I was making the right deal. I ended up getting a great interest and no so much upsidedown and the most important thing is that I love my new car. I like Rick Case Honda, good and friendly people and like to help customers.
