First person to interact with was John Hathaway and he had knowledge in my situation of, trading in my deceased mothers car and buying a used Hybrid on his lot. I continued to stay in contact with the dealer throughout the week up until I made the purchase. The next person I spoke with was Aaron Katz and he set up the appointment and got the keys to the car from another salesman. I came in the first thing Thursday morning to do the deal. Aaron got me to the point of making sure we had decent numbers for my trade in and on the cost of the car for the length of time on the loan. After a few hours Cory Mcmurray came to finalize the deal and to reassure me that they will be able to take my moms car as a trade in and let me put extra cash down at a later date. Once we got all of that squared away I am happy to say that I am a Chevy Volt Hybrid owner and these guys made sure I didn't drive 2 hours for nothing. Definitely would recommend taking the drive up and see what you can get from them. Great team effort! More

I drove away happy and totally in love with my new car! I did not plan to buy a car when I drove in. That I drove out smiling, in a beautiful new Black Insight Hybrid Touring I attribute almost totally to the energy and enthusiasm and eagerness of Manny Sanchez, who was un-phased when I said I really was "just looking," and determined to find me what I'd like -even if just to sit in it. But when I sat in the Touring model, it was a Goldilocks moment - but more than I'd wanted to spend. Somehow, Cory made it work. I am very happy with the whole experience. I should say that everybody standing around seemed to have helpful attitudes, even as I was standing around waiting for my new car to come out of the wash. It was too late in the day to get it detailed, but I went in today and Paul made sure I was completely happy. The car is awesomly gorgeous and I consider the dealership first rate. Thanks, guys! When I stumbled across Manly Honda In Santa Rosa during my morning drink run i was approached by a young man named Justin Allen at a gas station filling a car with gas he just sold, he told me to come visit. I could tell from his warm outgoing personality he was genuine and passionate about his job so I said he what the xxxx I’ll give this place a shot. On my walk over to Manly Honda I had to ask myself, Do I need to be liked? Absolutely not; I like to be liked. I enjoy being liked, but it’s not like this compulsive need to be liked, like my need to be praised. Justin sold me a car based on what I need, susan brought me like 4 cups of coffee and dam that woman can hold a great conversation. They had my money in a bag before I even knew it. I love manly Honda and the service there. There’s also a stud named Beejan, had me approved for xxxx I didn’t know was possible. Tim from management was outstanding don’t really know where he buys his shirts from because he wouldn’t tell me but hey players play & coaches coach. Let me not forget about Martin that kid had me dripping in Honda gear. Overall 10 out of 10 and that’s on citas! I will be back for 1 more car at the end of 2019 and for Susans interesting adventure story times. P.s Dave was cool More
