Top notch service with a smile! I was greeted right away by sales rep Tom Larson and I explained my situation. Tom was undeterred by my circumstances regarding my current car and wanted to help me get out of my Fiat and into a new Honda. I had an idea of what I wanted and liked the test drive but was still waffling about the color and options. I decided to look at a different model with the same price but way more standard options and I choose the Honda Accord Sport. I LOVE this car. It drives amazingly, has great HP and I get about 31 MPH highway. It has all the bells and whistles I wanted. Tom was very informative about the features, Hondalink, and car care. Also want to give a thanks to Sales Manager, Paul Ciardiello he was incredibly helpful, honest and cared about my happiness with my vehicle choice. He worked with me on my trade-in and made the process painless. I even came back a week later and Tom helped me with a bird excretement ?? problem and made sure I was treating my car well. I would highly recommend both Manly Honda and Tom Larson to anyone that wanted to buy a new Honda. These guys are top notch. More

There were bumps in the road during my car buying process during which I felt "heard and held" professionally by Wes, from beginning to end, including a friendly text a few days after driving my car... "How are you enjoying your new ride"? His service went above beyond what I expected from a car dealership, so much in fact, I'm not sure I will ever go to anyone else! I look forward to purchasing another car for my daughter from Wes, in a couple of years :) CHRIS YOHANNAN handled the paper work process with sensitivity and intuition. This part of the process was difficult for me because I only had 15 minutes left to sign papers and I was getting light headed due to lack of food and water! Chris worked his magic to get me through the paperwork quickly while also tending my many questions, and he gathered some food and water for me :) PAUL CIARDIELLO was the "icing on the cake" of my car buying experience with Manly Honda. There was only 1 aspect of my car desires that could not be fulfilled due to reasonable circumstances.
