I just moved to the area and took my Mazda 3 to Sport Mazda for it's first servicing. The staff was very quick and polite, and I received text updates as I waited. About halfway through servicing, I got an email and a text with a video rundown of the checks that were performed on my car, along with a walkthrough of everything. This isn't something I've ever experienced at another dealership, and I found it to be really helpful and a much better method than the service guy speed talking to me after my car is done. I decided to wait in the dealership for my car. The waiting area has complimentary beverages and is overall fairly comfortable. I think I'll just drop it off next time though as it took a while for my car to be done (which I've found to be the case nearly everywhere). There is a live feed of the service bay in the waiting area, so that's nice. You can see where your car is the entire time. More

At Sport Mazda South Orlando is always Excellent customer service from beginning to the end. Whether I'm at the dealership or drop my vehicle off they always keep me informed of what's going on with my vehic service from beginning to the end.
