Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!!! My overall car buying experience was EXCELLENT.......I went online searching for a Mini Cooper and found the car that I wanted at Newtonnissan. Called My overall car buying experience was EXCELLENT.......I went online searching for a Mini Cooper and found the car that I wanted at Newtonnissan. Called and inquire about the car and talk to Paul Dillard the expert salesman. I told him about the car that I wanted and he knew exactly what I was looking for. He went to find out if the car had been sold and it was under contract. So I thanked him for his help. I decided to keep looking for another Mini Cooper. The next day went by and I received a call from Paul stating that he had good news. The contract fell through and that if o wanted the car it’s available. To my surprise I became super excited. 😃 I instantly went online to fill out the credit app and was instantly approved...I left work from Memphis headed straight there to pick up my car. Let me say as soon as I entered the building the overall atmosphere was soooo welcoming and professional. It was like family. Paul Dillard greeted me with a big smile and was sooo awesome with the overall process. My paperwork was already prepared for me. I was literally at the dealership for less than 1 hr.......Never ever have I experienced service like that when buying a car......I recommend anybody that if you are buying a car to go to Newtonnissan and ask for Paul Dillard. For comparison, we looked at new cars -- and we found that Newton Nissan had a large stock of options -- and when our trade-in credit was calculated, PLUS the LIFETIME powertrain warranty provided on new cars by Newton Nissan, we were pleased with the factors that led us to purchase a new Nissan Rogue. When we asked about pricing, the sales staff quickly provided their online pricing so that we could make informed decisions in a straightforward way, without having to go through an extended price negotiation. During each of our two visits to Newton, we had outstanding competent and knowledgeable salespersons helping us! Moses Dillard (visit #1) and Paul Dillard (visit #2) were each courteous, knowledgeable, and good listeners, and we never felt pressured to make a purchase, which I really appreciated. I was also impressed with how smoothly Moses and Paul worked together to communicate with one another and with us, not only during the sale process, but afterwards!
