Ferrari annual service Hard to believe, but it's almost 3 years since we have owned our Cali. And, in all that time, the service has been A+. They always explain exactly what needs to be done, and email if anything pops up before beginning any additional service. Communication is a strength of BF. Steve Fordham (service manager) is why I bought my car from Boardwalk and continue to use Boardwalk to this day.
