I cannot compliment Lindsay Redfern enough on how she handled my transaction! Hopefully, the first of many. I live in Fort Worth. I have never previously purchased cars from Boardwalk due to the many handled my transaction! Hopefully, the first of many. I live in Fort Worth. I have never previously purchased cars from Boardwalk due to the many perceived challenges of buying and servicing an exotic car all the way in North Dallas/Plano. All of the perceived challenges to Ferrari ownership such as distance to Plano for service, reliability of the current cars, and dealer 'snootiness’ are just NOT true! I can now attest to that. Lindsay Redfern, Mindy, Cors, Brian, Enver and the team have been amazing to work with. During the sales process we encountered some transactional challenges with trade-in values, timing, inventory, distance to the dealership, and other details. She logically and professionally helped overcome any conceivable issues. I have recommended Lindsay and Boardwalk to several friends who have all had great experiences. They have proven to be 'Best in Class'. Keep up the great work! More

Excellent customer service Previous to my experience with Boardwalk Ferrari, I would not consider owning a Ferrari in a city without a dealership. However, they have made Ferrari ownership possible with their excellent service department. Paul Frey and Steve Fordham have provided top notch service yet once again. Those two individuals (as I haven't worked with or spoken too anyone else) have got all of the issues once again sorted with my car. Thank you. On my review several months ago when my Ferrari was in the shop with <100 miles, another electronic problem came up again at ~650 miles. Imagine that! Between the delivery of the vehicle and all the warranty work that has happened, Ferrari has put 20% of the total miles on my car to date. That says 20% of the current cars miles have been driven to diagnose and test the car to find out what the problems have been. If we base the time the car has been out of my hands, the car arrived to me new June 7, 2019. Up to when I just received the car back on Jan 13 2020, the car has been in my hands for a total of ~220 days. Of those ~220 days, ~61 of those days the car has been away for repair work twice. That means the car has not been in my garage for ~26% of the time I’ve owned it but rather being repaired. It appears that when my car was manufactured, it must have been the day following an Italian celebration where a lot of drink was consumed and the workers were hungover when they built my 812 SuperFast. In the end, Boardwalk Ferrari has been fixing things that should never had been a problem to begin with. My frustrations are directed at Ferrari, not the people who service and repair the vehicle. More
